Amanda & Makayla’s wedding was absolutely perfect. This was the most adventurous wedding I’ve ever photographed — by a mile. One of the brides, Amanda, is my partner’s childhood best friend – so it was an honor to be able to photograph this wedding. The brides got ready at a lakehouse, along Lake Kachess — and then CANOED to an island in Little Kachess Lake for their ceremony.

The next day, they had their reception – which is where I surprised them with sneak peek images from their wedding the day before. Many tears were shed, and I’ll remember that moment for the rest of my life. That was really fricken special. Enjoy this one.
